Our Return Policy

Everything You Need to Know

You may return your creation to the Jolica Jewels e-boutique distribution center within 30 days following delivery, for exchange or for refund to your credit card or PayPal account. You must return or exchange your Jolica creation in a new and unused state, in the same condition as sold, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. Jolica Jewels will not accept any return if the creation shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way. Custom orders, personalized and made-to-order creations cannot be returned to Jolica Jewels for exchange or refund.

Our Shipping Policy

How We Do It

All items are shipped USPS with insurance in a flat rate box. In stock orders will go out within three days. Custom orders may take up to six weeks, but can often be made much quicker.   Please communicate with us before ordering custom jewelry. Thank you.
